Arts Sports & Clubs

Games and playing creates a healthy learning environment for pupils in form of exercises, relaxing and socializing with each other. We have a spacious field for our sports activities, we also have a number of clubs that are aimed at enhancing co- curriculum activities which enables our pupils to discover various talents that they might have been possessing.

Music

At Chuna we focus in offering quality education. To achieve this we have integrated music as an extracurricular activity. We offer training on a wide range of musical instruments which includes piano, guitar, violin and flute lessons.

Tae kwon-do

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, similar to karate. It emphasizes on kicking techniques. The main benefits of taekwondo-do are; improving strength and balance, concentration, discipline and self-defense.

Swimming

We offer swimming as a recreational activity to our pupils.It is attached with many benefits which include body relaxation,building endurance and muscle strength,coordination and balance among many others.

Ballet dance

Ballet is a formalized form of a dance that originated from Italy in the 15th century and then spread to France with the help of Catherine de ’Medici where it developed even further under her aristocratic influence. Ballet is structured in a way that accommodate the brain capacity of a child to a full grown adult hence helps activate cerebrum which is a brain part.
Physical and mental fitness are some of the benefits as well as team work, good social relations , it also helps in boosting balance and coordination due to the numerous exercises involved in it.
